Marketing Communications Assistant

||An oil and gas company located in
Houston, TX is seeking a Marketing Communication Assistant to join their
Marketing department. This position will be for about a 3 month
contract, in preparation for OTC 2014. Candidate would need to be flexible with
their schedule: 20-32 hours per week, working Mondays-Thursdays.
Essential Duties and
- Online registrations
- Stuffing envelopes
- Assist in event management
- Materials coordination
organization of merchandise and brochures

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
- Willingness to learn different programs and
other skills on special projects
- Must be punctual and have good attendance habits
- Self-starter, doesn’t need to be micromanaged
- Flexible with responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
environment with the majority of work performed on a personal computer in
a seated position.

- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in marketing,
